Base Stats (Notary Acts)
Standard Notarization: $10 per signature
Bulk Document Discount: $10 for the first signature, $5 for each additional signature in the same session
Fast Travel (Travel Fees)
Local Zone (5-10 miles from Ozark): $20 flat rate (Inside Ozark city limits no travel charge)
Extended Zone (11-30 miles): $40 flat rateThe Road Trip (30+ miles): $40 flat rate + $1.00/mile (round trip)Convenience Multipliers
After Hours (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Additional $20

To make sure your paperwork goes smoothly, please have the following ready before I arrive:
1. A Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
This must be a current (not expired) ID that includes your picture and signature.
Accepted IDs: Arkansas Driver’s License, State ID card, or U.S. Passport.No ID, No Stamp. No exceptions.2. The Complete Document
I cannot notarize a blank piece of paper or an incomplete form.
Please bring all pages of the document, not just the page that requires the signature.3. DO NOT SIGN YET
Legal signatures must be executed in my physical presence.
If you have already signed the document, you will need to print a fresh copy to sign in front of me.4. All Signers Must Be Present
Anyone whose signature needs to be notarized must be physically present at the appointment with their own valid photo ID.
A spouse or family member cannot present a document on your behalf.
